Emergency Animal Rescue has a mission to rescue all animals, domestic or wild, from life threatening situations. Without the support of the general public, we cannot fulfill our mission. It is to this end that I want to thank each and every one of those who, through their generosity, made it possible for us to assist those who needed it the most. Those who, through no fault of their own, were left behind in the face of a disaster named Katrina.
It will be a long time before things get righted along the Gulf coast. It will be an even longer time before what happened there becomes a distant memory. But we know of several hundred dogs, cats and pets of all kinds who will have a chance to once again run and play with their human companions, whether they be reunited with their old friends, or united with a new one.
Their future and well being is directly related to your heartfelt gratitude and generosity.
